Standard and Extended Warranty Overview
- Power Tools: All power tools come with a standard 2-year warranty. These tools are also eligible for an Extended Warranty, which extends the coverage by an additional 12 months, resulting in a total of 3 years (2 years standard + 1 year extended). To activate the Extended Warranty, you must register your power tool within 30 days of purchase via this link.
- Other Products: All other products are covered by a standard 1-year warranty.
- Accessories: Accessories, such as circular saw blades, jigsaw blades, drill bits, screw driving bits, cutting wheels, cutting blades, grinding wheels, sanding sheets, and similar items, are not covered under the warranty.

Express and Exclusive Limited Warranty to Original Purchaser
AC Delco Tools UK & Durofix Inc. (hereinafter "Durofix") expressly warrants to the original purchaser that the accompanying Durofix™ portable power tool and all its parts (excluding items listed in the Exclusions section) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase for power tools, and one year for other products.
The date of purchase is defined as the date of shipment to the original purchaser or the date the original purchaser took possession, custody, or control of the product, whichever occurred first. This warranty becomes null and void if the product or any component thereof is modified or altered. The warranty does not apply to any other products or components not manufactured or distributed by Durofix.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION PROVIDED HEREIN.
Warranty Performance
Purchasers agree that their sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any covered nonconforming items or parts, provided that these items are promptly returned to Durofix's facility, postage pre-paid and insured, within the applicable warranty period.

When returning a product, include your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase (or copy), and a description of the issue. Warranty coverage is contingent upon providing adequate proof of original purchase. Durofix reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any item or part is nonconforming and whether it will be repaired or replaced. If the unit is repaired, new or reconditioned replacement parts may be used. If replaced, Durofix may provide a new or reconditioned product of the same or comparable design. The repaired or replaced unit will be covered under the remaining warranty period.
Products returned within 30 days of the purchase date will typically be replaced. For items returned after the first 30 days and within the warranty period, covered defective parts not subject to normal wear and tear or other exclusions will be repaired or replaced at Durofix's discretion. The customer will need to cover return shipping charges during the warranty period.
Durofix's repair or replacement of any nonconforming item or part fulfills all obligations to the purchaser. Durofix is not responsible for any expenses, including freight charges or repairs made outside of its facility, unless expressly agreed to in writing. Durofix is not liable for loss of the unit, loss of time, rental costs, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Parts damaged due to normal wear, abnormal conditions, misapplication, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, or freight damage.
- Parts damaged or worn due to operation in dusty environments.
- Failures resulting from non-compliance with recommended operating and maintenance procedures.
The Extended Warranty excludes Digital Torque Wrenches, Torque Adaptors, Batteries, and Battery Chargers. These items are still covered by the standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Damage resulting from tampering, accidents, abuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs or alterations, damage during transit to the service facility, use of unapproved or improper attachments or accessories, and commercial or rental applications is not covered by this warranty.
Durofix is not liable for labor charges, loss, or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance, or repairs made by unauthorized persons. Pre-delivery services such as assembly, oil or lubricants, and adjustments, as well as regular maintenance services, are not covered under this warranty.
Using non-genuine Durofix Repair Parts will void the warranty.
Warranty Disclaimers
EXCLUSION AND DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AND REPRESENTATIONS: Except for the limited warranty provided above, all other express warranties, guarantees, and representations by Durofix and/or its representatives regarding the design, manufacture, purchase, use, and/or operation of the product or any component sold hereunder, whether written or oral, are expressly excluded and disclaimed. The purchaser knowingly waives any and all such warranties, claims, and causes of action. The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is as stated above.
EXCLUSION AND DISCLAIMER OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES: This includes the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty, oral or written, other than the above warranty, is made with regard to this product. All implied warranties are expressly excluded and disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
Durofix and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to any breach of warranty or agreement, the design, manufacture, purchase, use, or operation of any items sold, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Durofix's liability shall not exceed the price of the product. Any liability connected with the use of this product terminates upon the expiration of the warranty periods specified above.
